All paddlers aim to enjoy their time on the river without an incident but safety training is essential for those occasions when things don’t go to plan!

This course is designed for paddlers of all disciplines. This course forms the basis of all safety and rescue training which is taught in the BCU scheme.

This course will provide the paddle with the necessary skills to ensure the safety of themselves and other and also the skills required to help themselves or other in difficulty.
