For most, the defining skill is the ability to roll back up and keep your spray deck in place!  Our coaches will get you rolling, using one of the plethora of styles and techniques in use. 

With a combination of dry land, swimming pool, open and white water coaching from our expert coaches, let's get your rolling!

This is generally run as a private day for groups of one or two or can be adapted for small club groups to bring you all up to scratch.

Rolls include the screw roll the combat roll, pawlata, reverse screw, hand roll and put across roll.
